A weekend filled with crafting, all meals, sweet treats, prizes and gifts included!
Bring your own supplies and projects. This can include any portable crafty project: sewing, scrapbooking, crocheting, knitting, painting, art journals, adult colouring, laptops for digital work and more!
This is the perfect time to start and finish those early handmade gifts, scrapbook (paper or digital), sort those photos sitting on you hard drive or in a box, paint, knit or whatever your creative whim is. More importantly, it's time for yourself, fueling your creative spirit and surrounding yourself with others with the similar passions!
The store will be open during the weekend to purchase any items you need to complete your projects or grab a specialty coffee or drink
Registration Open Now! Limited Availability of Maximum 10 Crafters. Must Pre-Register. Each crafter gets their own individual table.
** There are no actual physical tickets. This will reserve your spot.

Limited space available as we like to keep the group small and cozy but still plenty of room for each crafter to spread out and have their own table.

Choices include: All Inclusive (3 days) or Saturday Only
* Different this year: we will be crafting at the Rossburn Drop In Centre. A 2 minute walk (down the back alley) to the store for full shopping. This event space will enable us to guarantee individual tables and allow each crafter to spread out much more comfortably.

All Inclusive FULL Weekend Crop - $225/person
Includes Saturday & Sunday meals, Saturday evening snack, coffee/water throughout the weekend, non stop crafting (until 1 a.m.), deluxe swag bag.

Times: Friday: Set up/arrival: 5 p.m. - 1 a.m.;
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. - 1 a.m.;
Sunday: Clean up & Hometime: 9:00 a.m. - 3 p.m.
6’ - 8’ Individual Tables.
Meals Included: Friday: on your own; Saturday: continental breakfast, lunch, supper and evening snack included. Sunday: hot brunch included. All regular brewed coffee and bottled water included all weekend. Plus other surprises!
Saturday Package Only:
$150/person Saturday meals (3) (breakfast, lunch & supper), evening snack, Welcome Gift, Regular Brewed Coffee/Tea/Water all day.

* We have some awesome door prizes planned for this year!!
* The Drop In Centre has wireless internet for laptops.
* Please bring your own extension cord and lamp if you require more light. There are limited plug in’s, so if you have a power bar, it may be helpful.
* This will be a weekend of non-stop crafting & great food! A very relaxed and calming weekend.
Goal is to get lots of uninterrupted time crafting (sewing/painting/scrapbooking/knitting/etc), meet new friends and enjoy delicious home style food!
Our motto is “Come for the crafting, stay for the food”! Though we have a couple Make & Takes also planned too!!
* Guaranteed individual full table. Plus room to spread out.
* Gone Scrappin’ In Bloom & Rossburn Drop In Center will be locked after everyone leaves, but will not be held liable for any lost, damaged or stolen items during the event.
* Registration is non-refundable but you may transfer to another person. Must be attending to receive a welcome bag.
* Please do not attend if you are sick or feeling unwell.

** They’ve renovated most of their rooms. They are basic but nice and clean. A favorite place for our crafters to stay and only a few minutes walk to the store and Drop In Centre.
